Mr. Giorgio Masina, born in Rome on August 19th 1978, graduated in law at the University of Siena in 2003 with„ summa cum laude“. He completed an internship in a famous international law firm in Siena and he worked above all in Civil law and International Contracts. He achieved in January of 2008 the “Avvocato” title and became member of the Lawyer’s Chamber of Siena. He has been leading his own law firm since 2012 with seats in Siena and Montepulciano. Since 2015 he has an office in Berlin (Germany) where he is member of the local Lawyer’s Chamber as European Lawyer. He is married and have a daughter. He is part of the list of the lawyers recommended by the General German Consulate in Milan, the USA Consulate of Florence and the Swiss Embassy in Rome.

He collaborates with German law firms for the solution of cross-border issues. Mr. Masina speaks fluently English, German and French, moreover Italian as his mother language. Mr. Masina has worked and experienced since over ten years in all question regarding Civil Law, Family Law – even international, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, International Agreements, Penal Law, EU Law. Moreover Mr. Masina is consultant for law problems for many companies and professionals operating both in Italy and abroad, and follows questions regarding EU Law. Furthermore thanks to his extensive contacts and position in the heart of Tuscany, he is able to advise his clients also in Real Estate matters.
